Although CPSA offers secure payments through PayPal, we know that some of our members and friends would prefer to order items by mail and pay with a personal check. Here’s how:
- Download and print the mail-in order form by clicking the link below.
- Fill in the details of your order.
- Mail the completed order form with your check (payable to CPSA in U.S. funds) to the address on the form. Please be sure to keep a copy for your records.
Please allow 2 weeks or so for an acknowledgement from CPSA and processing your order.
NOTE: Some items are available only to current CPSA members. These are listed separately from items available to the general public.
